Flare ups and pregnancy

Hi, I've had psoriasis for about 30 years now and as a child it was really bad. For many years during adulthood it has been very mild and much easier to manage. However I have recently had a huge flare up (it's as bad as it was during childhood which is really disheartening). I had a baby 4 weeks ago but the flare up started at about 4 months into pregnancy. I've seen that most peoples psoriasis improves during pregnancy, but this doesn't seem to be the case for me and its continuing to worsen. Has anyone else experienced this? If so how long did it take to improve again, if at all? Regards
