Palmoplantar pustulosis and night shifts

I am a nurse and work a mixture of days and night shifts. I have been finding lately my hands are much worse after a set of nights, dry painful, itchy and hard to straighten my hands. Has anyone experienced worsening symptoms working nights and if so were you work supportive to change your shifts to just days?

I also work shifts, including nights, I'm not sure if it's the shifts that have made it worse or the sudden change in temperature. I've found the cold weather has had a really drastic effect on my condition, especially on the face (upper cheeks and eyelids). As you're a nurse, don't downplay stress either, how is work and life at the minute? Anything that has caused you to be more anxious lately? Unfortunately however, my employer wouldn't be particularly supportive of shift changes, although they are extremely supportive in other areas.
