On New Years Eve I gave up both alcohol and gluten. In just 19 days my psoriasis has reduced by half, and the pain from my psoriasis arthritis has all but gone.
I feel alive ♥️

Cannot go swimming any more
Brilliant, gives me hope asI have done the same and no improvement although I never gave it 100% on the gluten side but about 95%, maybe that’s why there’s no improvement
