Guttate psoriasis and diet

Hello everyone. I am 23 years old and have suffered with Psoriasis ever since I was 6. Believe it was actually triggered early from a massive bug bite on the back of my thigh. Ever since then my psoriasis has been very prominent in my life. When I first got it, I was covered from head to toe in psoriasis. Eventually it calmed down and wasn’t such a big issue in my childhood or teen years. After many years of being prescribed steroid creams, my skin was at bay. Then I went to university, in my final year I had to deal with a number of stressful situations. My skin went BEZERK! I was covered from head to toe again. My skin felt like it was splitting when I was bending down and the itch and burning feeling was horrific. Since graduating I have been in a stressful job, also went travelling and now returned and have recently started a new job. My skin has never fully recovered since uni. My legs cleared up whilst I was travelling due to exposure to sunlight however my torso went crazy. Then when I returned to the Uk my body flipped and my legs broke out in guttate again and my torso cleared up. Since the new year I have now changed my diet, I am now a vegetarian and have noticed a slight change in colour of my psoriasis. I want to try and fix my guttate psoriasis through my diet. However I am wondering if this approach has actually managed to help anyone else? Also does anyone know why my psoriasis is so prominent on my legs and no where else??? I am so desperate now to try and sort my skin out and regain control of it without the use of steroids! Please can anyone help?
