Itching

Can anyone give me any advice on coping with itchiness? My psoriasis on my leg has become incredibly itchy and none of my creams are making any difference and it’s really driving me crazy

You could try taking an anti-histamine tablet. Your local pharmacist can probably recommend the most suitable - possibly Piriton. It helped me with my itching from guttate psoriasis.
Have you tried an antihistamine cream, topically applied?
I also found that Doublebase Dayleve Gel helped reduce my itching more than the usual Doublebase gel.
