Help!

Hello everyone Looking for some help, I’m going to my hospital appointment tomorrow to have a normal check up as currently using Humira for my P. I’m 24 years old and have always suffered with my joints, increasingly in the last few years. In the last month I’ve had lumps appear on my knuckles that are not painful, nor itchy however they are painful if knocked or putting pressure on whilst working. My doctors think they are cysts and when reading up, this can be a sign of degenerative joints/arthritis. Has anybody else had this and what can be done?
