Do you mean Enstilar? If so i just use a gentle shampoo

Yes meant enstilar but nothing seems to wash out the grease working well on the psoriasis but hair permanently lank and greasy. Tried putting on dry hair as suggested then re washing but remains greasy!

Psoriasis 40 years, most treatments tried over this time, currently on biologics (stelara) as nothing else work.
you probably need a coal tar based shampoo. Two washes works for me

Patches have cleared but after few days dry patches start to reappear. Just trying to get a maintenance routine . Didn't think you were meant to use coal far shampoo if using enstilar? Have been using Sharon shampoo which seems ok but wondered if anything else advised to keep dry patches at bay without every few nights using enstilar again
