Sun cream and psoriasis

Hello, I’m Lou, had psoriasis since i was 16 and Now struggling with it ten years on
Hello everyone,
I was wondering what suncream you all use and what works best for sensitive and psoriasis covered skin. I don’t intend to be out in the sun for too long as wouldn’t want to risk burning and making my psoriasis worse, however the hotter sunnier days are coming and I’m just looking for some advice, Thankyou in advance, Lou x
