can i use Betnovate-N ointment cream for underarms psoriasis?

i am sufferring from psoriasis from 5 years on scalp, groin.
and now it starting in underarms (armpits).
i want to stop spreading underarms psoriasis before its too late. what should i Do? and what supplements should i eat to slow down the spreading?

Betnovate is perfectly safe to use under your arms ,unfortunately there is no magical cure I have had it nearly 40 Years and have never been clear of it
Just treat is regularly
