Hypnotism For Psoriasis

Hello everyone,
I am a 50 year old woman and have had psoriasis for around 10 years. I have tried various different treatments resulting in no success and my psoriasis covers around 60% of my body.
I am thinking about hypnotism and am wondering if anyone has any experience of this?
