Chuckling Goat Kefir

Has anyone tried probiotic kefir from The Chuckling Goat company? I’ve had psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for around 40 years and currently on Otezla. I’d like a more natural way to manage but am hesitant coming off Otezla to try the Kefir. It’s has plenty of success stories on their website, but as Kefir boosts the immune system whereas Otezla suppresses it I’d need to stop Otezla. I just wondered if anyone had any experts share and help with my evaluation. Thanks.
