Hi I've had psoriasis on the soles of my feet for a few years now trying various lotions and potions even pills such as Methotrexate and asheterin these gave me terrible side effects. My feet are in agony and struggling to walk now however I am giving up and still walking etc. But now they are aching like someone has ran over them with a truck. I can't get to see my doctor due to covid and now suffering extremely. Any tips

Try some 10% ibruprofen gel for the PsA. I always found it good, the only thing you need let it really dry in before putting your socks on. But worth it.
