How to deal with the “low’s”

I always struggle this time of year with this condition, I’m 53 and had this condition for 20 years maybe more, so I thought I need some sun, but the added stress of Covid testing etc has caused another worse flare up, back, feet ankles, with hot sweats, my naproxen doesn’t seem strong enough. This makes me feel low and it has now become a cycle as the holiday is days away ! How do you guys cope as it’s getting me down, I just want to stay in bed . To see a consultant takes forever and still waiting, anyway sorry to go on I just need to vent off !

Hi, Totally understand. Best advice is to open the curtains or blinds as soon as you wake. It's very easy to stay in bed but it doesn't help. Getting a warm shower, will help to get your body warmed up. I find writing a short lists of tasks that I can achieve helps. The worst month is over. I know its hard, I am not finding it easy but you have to keep trying. I hope you feel better soon.
