Can I do Phototherapy at home?

Can anyone help?
I need to undertake 8-10 weeks of phototherapy as my psoriasis and wondered if I can hire equipment to undertake at home? I live in London and can't see anywhere local.

Psoriasis 40 years, most treatments tried over this time, currently on biologics (stelara) as nothing else work.

If the hospital is supplying the therapy then you need to go there for it as the equipment is very different to anything you could hire and you need to be assessed each time by a nurse.
