After trying all sorts of creams and ointments I’m looking at one of these lamps . Had anyone tried one and had good or bad results Thanks

I bought one from them 2 weeks ago and so far so good, I had NHS UVB treatment before, on the face I can't do more than a minute otherwise for the rest of the body I am gradually increasing the time. My fave is definitely much better. The only down side are the goggles, I would recommend buying the sun bed ones as the ones provided are huge.

I had narrowband UVB at the hospital after being discharged the P came back so went for another course which cleared the P, at the end of this I bought an old sunbed and fitted Philips Narrowband tubes, I have been using this for the last two and a half years for 10 min a week and have been P free The only downside of the handheld units is if you have multiple plaques it can take ages to treat them
