Aloe Vera drinking gel

I have plaque and now guttate psoriasis and am struggling to deal with it
Hello, I am wondering if any one has tried the aloe vera drinking gel and if so what were the results.
I have just started but only on day 3 so nothing as of yet.

Hi Carly, I have only recently joined this forum and came across your post. I was just wondering how you got along with the aloe Vera drinking gel?

I did try aloe Vera drinking gel many moons ago with other supplements, I found it to upset my stomach after using it once daily for about a month so stopped using it, if it doesn't upset your stomach no harm in using it not to sure on its effectiveness though to be honest, I switched to a quality pre and probiotic
