UVB handheld lamp

Hi, I have purchased a handheld UVB lamp to help with my treatment for elbow based plagues. I am struggling to find lengths of time to expose the area with the lamp.....sometimes it mentions seconds others mention up to 15 mins. Looking for any experience anyone has had with these type of devices and how to get best results without doing damage! Thanks!

Hello. I’ve had one for several years and got carried away and burnt several times! Start with 30-40 seconds and build up gradually.

Not sure what the difference between uvb and uva is . Had uva at hospital and that was definitely built up by seconds. Also you’re only allowed to have up to three times. Certainly helped my plantar and palmar psoriasis this time round.
