Psoriasis on soles of feet

I had and ended up with plantar psoriasis on feet, really sore with cracking and splits, I had uva or b on them with dermatology department weekly. Still very careful with them use urea 10% cream and diprosalic, always keep filed down and smooth also ended up with palmar psoriasis so had uva on those. Now days I use hemp foot balm and hand cream nightly as well. Just keep moisturising, good luck

Unfortunately, I have photosensitivity so cannot get the uva treatment on them. I am demented with the itch and feel so greasy all over with all the cream I am using. My shoes are ruined by this too, even though I wear tubular dressings and plain cotton socks. It is such a depressing thing to have.
