Help

Hi I'm new to psoriasis had it over the last year from no where l. First it started on my fingernails and it's grown and grown on my scalp and now my toe nails all the doctors have prescribed is t-gel shampoo and the nails they didn't even seem bothered I'm do fed up its really dining my confidence. I'm going to GPS on Thursday and I was wondering if you could recommend any successful treatments that you've had thay I can mention when I see him. Thanks for any help
