Hey Guys, I’m new here, so I’d like to say hi to everyone 😊
I suffer really badly with scalp psoriasis & have used all the shampoos under the sun that the doctors have given me, along with gels, applicators etc.
I’m constantly searching online for new products to try and clear my itchy, flaky scalp.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you in advance. I feel like I’ve tried everything 😢

I found that Alphosyl was the best shampoo frpom all aspects, but sadly it is discontinued.
I also use Polytar - and for me it works well . The best one I found for stopping itching and flaking generally and being kind to my hair is Alphacade PSO. It is available online for various pricing. The best deal and good service I found is from www.cocooncenter.co.uk.
It is £9.60 a bottle from them, so not breaking the bank if it does not help you.
It was recommended to me by a pharmacist in Ukraine (via a friend who lives there) a few years ago, and I was very pleased with the results.

Hi I posted under treatments previously. I was using diprosalic prescribed by my dermatologist, didn’t work at all. In desperation I ordered itch magic scalp oil by arganorganics and after only one day has reduced inflammation and itchiness , you put it on at night and leave till the morning and wash out. I would really recommend this to anyone suffering from scalp psoriasis.t is completely natural herbal essences and Arian oil. Fantastic .

I used to struggle terribly with scalp psoriasis and found that it made me feel quite low. I have to say that since I start biologics it completely resolved. It has made such a difference to my quality of life and wellbeing. I am not sure if this is an option for you
