The best one I found for stopping itching and flaking generally and being kind to my hair is Alphacade PSO. It is available online for various pricing. The best deal and good service I found is from www.cocooncenter.co.uk. It is £9.60 a bottle from them, so not breaking the bank if it does not help you. It was recommended to me by a pharmacist in Ukraine (via a friend who lives there) a few years ago, and I was very pleased with the results.

I used to struggle terribly with scalp psoriasis and found that it made me feel quite low. I have to say that since I start biologics it completely resolved. It has made such a difference to my quality of life and wellbeing. I am not sure if this is an option for you
