I won the lottery of 4 diseases and a slipped disk in one month. I'm always told that's the most extreme case I've seen. But chins Up!
Depends on how bad it is. My experience was that the start off with a low dose to get your body used to it and then increases with time. There is a max amount of sessions you can have for your own safety. Is this on the NHS?

I bit the bullet and bought a canopy after waiting over a year for NHS therapy. Two weeks in following the guide lines and my forearms are looking smoother. Happy to report back as I go along. Sandie

Thank you. Yes please. I have an appointment with hospital but as going on holiday a couple of weeks later not sure if they will give it to me.
