Greetings to you all, hopefully this is in the right place, if not don't spank me too hard.
Some while ago a friend, Vince, was unwell when I visited and he commented that not eating for three days had been devastating but had a silver lining. His psoriasis scabs fell of in the bath and he then noticed the itch had stopped.
Feeling better he had a plate of cereal to start his day. Not too long afterwards he noticed the itch returned and then the scabs began soon after. Talking with a dermatitis sufferer he learned it was most likely the milk with the cereal that was the cause and he was advised to switch to goat's milk. It worked.
For myself I sufer from dishydrotic dermatitis brought on by cow's milk. His advice made me change my diet completely, nothing with cow's milk in at all, nor butter nor cream. I even changed the brand of bread I eat to get rid of milk, and it has worked. Not itching was such a relief.
Alas my friend passed a few years ago or I would have encouraged him to tell his own tale.
Try it and see it may work for you too.
Good luck
Gavin
