Psoriasis and link with high iron & hormone hepcidin

Hi I have had a recent outbreak for 2 years now and the previous was 4 years ago. Nothing has worked and I did not get a definitive diagnosis, I have tried steriods, light therapy, antibiotics, altered diets to cleanse gut etc. Recent blood tests have shown an increased iron level and I am awaiting confirmation of a diagnosis of Hemochromatosis, a condition where the body absorbs too much iron ( all my siblings have been confirmed to have it which was passed on genetically by both parents) Just wondering if anyone has a similar story?
