The Psoriasis Association are driven by three key aims, and they are at the core of what we do:
- To raise awareness of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
- To provide information, advice and support to those whose lives are affected by psoriasis.
- To promote and fund research into the causes, nature and care of psoriasis, and to publish and disseminate the results of that research.
- Hosting our ‘Psoriasis on the Skin’ photoshoot campaign which encouraged people of all backgrounds with all types of psoriasis to be photographed and have their images featured in our resource.
- The launch of our updated leaflet series which include images for the first time. You can find the reimagined and updated leaflets here.
- Holding our Annual Conference in Manchester, which received a great attendance allowing us to raise awareness, educate and demonstrate the impact of Psoriasis Association funded research.
- Reaching 19.9K Facebook followers, 17k followers on Instagram, 14K followers on X (formerly Twitter) 24.3K TikTok views, 31.6K YouTube views and launching the Psoriasis Association Bluesky account.
