Zinc

Zinc is pretty good for skin conditions, generally. Has anybody used it for psoriasis? I am thinking of giving it a go.

I haven’t tried it for my psoriasis, but I’ve heard a few people mention it might help with skin stuff. Not sure if it works for everyone, though.
