Please help - rebound of Guttate after stopping Enstilar foam

Hi there, I was prescribed Enstilar foam some years ago for scalp psoriasis. I’ve since developed Guttate Psoriasis which Ive been treating with foam too. It works but the minute I stop it comes back. I then developed Perioral Dermatitis on my face and i also have stretch marks on my buttocks. Because of side effects, I convinced myself to stop cold turkey which may or may not have been the right decision.
The Guttate is bigger and redder than ever and is spreading to new areas. I’m using Silkis ointment on my body and Sebco on scalp. Alongside coconut oil internally and externally, probiotics and fish’ oil supplements.
My question is, should i have stopped this suddenly? I actually wish id never started. How long with this go on? It’s so frightening

Hey, I used to use enstilar for my psoriasis and I think it's easy to ride those highs of a few days or week where it looks good but always came back harder. I also got some sort of perioral dermatitis on my face from it but didn't know so used more enstilar on my face making the problem worse. In the end i also went completely cold turkey and focused on healing my liver, eating and sleeping well. For the perioral dermatitis i made myself a home made beef tallow moisturiser and it took a while but made the world of difference and my skin hasn't been better. I found the combination of good sleep, maximum sun exposure, good moisturising and healing from the inside out (herbs etc... happy to elaborate on this if youd like) the best cure. Every case is individual but I would get away from anything steroids etc as quick as possible. Most doctors from my experience treat psoriasis as a skin problem and really its just the symptom to an internal problem.
