Help My Partner Is Struggling With PsA After My Cancer Diagnosis

My partner has had PsA for a couple of years and is struggling to deal with PsA but it's been made worse by my diagnosis of cancer a couple of weeks ago. I expect to be having an operation in about a month's time and I'll be out of action for a while, which means the physical burdens around the house are going to put even more pressure on her painful joints. Do you have any thoughts on how to deal with this hopefully short term, intensely stressful situation? I hate to see her struggling so much and especially when I know worse is still to come.
