Stasis dermatitis and psoriasis

I have recently been diagnosed with stasis dermatitis. The dermatologist based this diagnosis on the appearance and that I have varicose veins. I also have psoriasis and have read that the cream I use for stasis dermatitis can make psoriasis worse. This seems to be the case at the moment for me. The cream I use for stasis dermatitis is Lotriderm. As the psoriasis has become worse I have been trying to manage this with Dovobet. I'm finding it a challenge to manage these conditions and the two treatments. I would be interested to hear of any advice / suggestions from anyone else trying to cope with these two conditions
