PLE after phototherapy?

Hi everyone, recently bought a small phototherapy unit for use at home. Only had three sessions - very carefully starting at 20 then 30 seconds. Guttate seems to go quite red after using which I think is normal. BUT also noticed lots of red pinprick spots which could be Polymorphic Light Eruption. Does this mean I’m likely to have photosensitive psoriasis? I feel sunlight has helped before. Scared to continue- have an appt with consultant in two weeks but any experiences with this, please share. So worried.
