Support Groups

Hi everyone! I am living with psoriatic arthritis and finding life difficult because along with it comes Vitiligo and Urticaria. Sometimes it really gets me down and I've had to start some antidepressants recently to just get out of the dark hole I found myself in due to health plus other reasons. I'm sure everyone here has their own story to tell and challenges to deal with. Are there any support groups one could join to share and feel part of a community of people who understand and empathise? Grateful for any recommendations. Thanks in advance!
