What are these small red spots - different from guttate

Hi everyone, I’m four weeks into an elimination diet and supplements. Guttate spots have flattened and faded but my stomach and sides are now covered in small red pimple type spots. I’m so confused about what these are? Could it be a healing crisis? Or is it a reaction to reducing Enstilar foam? Currently using a tiny amount just once per week in an attempt to get off the wretched stuff as I feel it has made things so much worse. OR could it be the home light therapy that’s causing the spots. Been carefully using this for three weeks 3x per week and up to 90s but no burning. Has anyone else experienced these red papules? What are they? Is it the guttate flaring even more? Please help, so worried and scared I’m making things worse.
