Philips UVB Narrowband (TL/01) phototherap

I have had psoriasis since I was 7years old.
I have now had really bad psoriasis on my hands and arms, tried more different creams and steroid creams. Doctor wants to put me on acitretin, which I am afraid to go on, due to the side effects.
I have been looking to buying a uv lamp as above. Anyone used this please . Thank you Denise.
