What do I do about socks and sweat?

Hi there, first post on this website! I was about to say this might be TMI, but I'm literally on the Psoriasis forum so I think I'm fine XD Anyway, I'll stop rambling: what do I do about socks and sweat? My psoriasis is on my feet, and especially this time of year I have to wear socks and covering shoes. My socks get stuck, I have to peel them off every day, and the sweat makes my foot super itchy. Is there anything I can do about this or am I stuck?
