General immunity with psoriasis

Hi there, Male sufferer of non arthritic psoriasis for 30+ years. Following major stress a couple of years ago with family bereavement, enforced house move etc, my psoriasis increased markedly, taking in feet, ankles, calves, knees, thighs, lower back, elbows, shoulders, scalp and nails. What has been significant is that I seem to pick up a virus pretty much every month, which knocks me for six. My question is, have people found that an increase in their psoriasis corresponds with an increased likelihood of getting sick ? If the immune system is that busy producing extra skin, is it the case that it has no energy left to fight off viruses ? Be interested to hear your experiences.

your P is caused by your stress. while your immune is overreactive that causes P, in reality it's weak that causes to get sick a lot.
