Clean / natural emollients?

Hi everyone, new to this forum. I've had psoriasis for about 30 years but its just recently got worse coinciding with menopause, house move and new job (may be a tad hormonal and stressed)! It's always been a few patches on my limbs, elbows, nails & scalp, but now its pretty widespread with a few hundred plaques all over - and starting to appear on more visible places like my hands, feet, and face which is frustrating! I'm in a long queue for dermo referral so trying to take control of things myself. Just picked up new prescriptions I haven't tried before and will religiously apply for the next 4-8 weeks and keep my fingers crossed :) Also trying to follow an anti-inflammatory diet and mostly cut out alcohol. I've been reading about the importance of moisturising and tend to prefer more natural/eco friendly products, and wondered if anyone has recommendations? I think we're all in the same boat in that we've probably spent and wasted a small fortune on products that don't help or irritate our skin/scalp! Has anyone tried moogoo products? They're not cheap but look to contain lots of good stuff.
