Results after 30 UVB sessions

Hi there I’ve just completed 30 UVB sessions for guttate and inverse psoriasis. My skin is much better overall, but some purple/grey ‘scars’ remain-mostly on my legs. Is it worth having more UVB sessions, or will these marks fade with time?
