Dramatic improvement in psoariasis after heart pacemaker installed

Hi all
I just wanted to relate my recent experiences relating to a dramatic clearing up of my psoariasis, immediately after undergoing the insertion of a heart pacemaker.
I have had psoariasis for over 60 years, mostly mild but with occasional flare ups. Over the last 2 years my psoariasis had got noticeably worse, at approximately the same time I started to have issues with my breathing, becoming easily short of breath. I lead an active lifestyle so it was a bit of a shock to me. At first the breathing issue was ascribed to late onset asthma. This situation carried on for a couple of years with my psoariasis gradually getting worse. Then recently I started have episodes where I'd black out for a few seconds. I was immediately taken to A&E where it was discovered that I had a heart arrythmia. My heart was slowing down to 30 - 40 BPM and occasionally stopping for a few seconds. The consultants quickly recognised the situation for what it was and the day after I had a pacemaker fitted (heart was otherwise in good condition). On returning home, apart from the obvious return to normal breathing I started to notice that my psoariasis was clearing up. Within 1 to 2 months of the pacemaker being inserted I was was almost completely free of any plaques. It is now 6 months since I had my operation and I have had no return of psoariasis. Basically I've stopped requiring any topical or other treatments for the condition.
I have done some research and though rare have come across similar cases. Could my significant improvement be due to increased blood flow to the dermis or something similar ? I would be genuinely interested in talking to any of your researchers in regard to this rather incredible improvement. I know association is not necessarily causation (being a statistician myself) but I feel it deserves further examination.
