I use " Alphacade Shampoo PSO", which is described as being for severe dandruff, It is herbal, I found that it stopped the severe itching on my scalp, and also was nice for my hair, and could be used daily. Hi, I also have experience with skin problems and I’ve been using UVB therapy together with Psoriastop oil and tablets. I noticed that regular use and consistency are very important, and over time I started seeing improvements in my skin. Of course, everyone’s skin can react differently, but this combination has been working well for me so far. 🙂
