I use " Alphacade Shampoo PSO", which is described as being for severe dandruff, It is herbal, I found that it stopped the severe itching on my scalp, and also was nice for my hair, and could be used daily. I noticed that regular use and consistency are very important, and over time I started seeing improvements in my skin.
