Persistent scalp scaling and itching with guttate psoriasis

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with guttate psoriasis and have persistent itching and dry, oatmeal-like scales across most of my scalp. I previously used ketoconazole shampoo, clobetasol shampoo, and beta scalp solution. They helped while I was using them, but the symptoms kept returning after I stopped. I am currently using Head & Shoulders every day, but the itching and scaling continue. Has anyone experienced something similar? What is a safe way to soften and remove the scales without scratching or damaging the scalp? I would also appreciate advice on a long-term maintenance routine and what I should discuss with my dermatologist, especially regarding the safe use of clobetasol or other scalp treatments.
