This year’s theme is the “Comorbidities of Psoriasis” – the often-overlooked health issues linked to psoriasis, such as psoriatic arthritis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health challenges.

As part of Awareness Week, events are taking place across the country, including a community information day at ASDA, Coventry Road in Birmingham on Wednesday 29 October, where members of the helpline team will be meeting shoppers, sharing information, and encouraging open conversations about skin health. These events provide a welcome opportunity to chat to members of the general public, hear people's real-life experiences first-hand, and provide our range of information resources to those who may need them.

We are also encouraging people to take part online by wearing purple and sharing their photos on social media with the hashtag #OhSoPurple, in solidarity with those affected by psoriasis.

You can get involved in Psoriasis Awareness Week too by downloading our Supporters Pack or by sharing your support on social media using our digital toolkit and the hashtag #PAW25.
