Hi all x I'm here because I'm desperately looking for inspiration or help . My dad died almost a year ago now and the stress has brought on psoriasis & psoriatic arthritis . As I type this I have been in severe pain for at least 3 weeks and before that 8 months I have taken so many pain killers I just don't think they have an effect anymore.im not even concerned with my skin and scalp psoriasis right now I would just like some info on the best pain relief thanks x

I am sorry to hear of your dads passing, and that you are having such a difficult time with your psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis at the moment.
