Nail psoriasis

I’ve been suffering with psoriasis for the last 6 years this year I have been referred to rheumatologist my nails have started turning black and so sensitive has anyone else suffered with this? I get psoriasis all over my body these last few months have been really inflamed some days I can’t even walk properly because my leg joint are so stiff I’m only 30 and this is really starting to get to me now I work all day and am a pharmacy assistant so on my feet all day which doesn’t help. Has anyone got any tips on why to do to help ease pain and help with the nail situation

No I’ve not heard of them where would I ask for these are they available in uk
