Psoriasis has multiplied

2 years ago, I had a cancer tumour removed from my vocalcord.
Since the "laser" treatment, my teardrop psoriasis has exploded all over my legs, chest, and arms.
I used a steroid treatment recommended by the doctor, but it hasn't helped
Has anybody got a tip for me.
I am considering light treatment.
