Joint pain

Hi all, I've been on Yuflyma (Adalimumab) for nearly a year now. I'm about 95% clear of P, so delighted with the results, but recently have developed terrible joint pain in my elbows, forearms and wrists. It's even painful just to have my hands hanging by my sides. Not sure whether this at all connected to the biologic or something else so, wondering if anyone else has experienced this??
