2016's Research Grants Announced

One PhD Studentship Grant and one Small Grant have been awarded

One of the main aims of the Psoriasis Association is to promote and fund research into the causes, nature and care of psoriasis and to publish and disseminate the results of that research.

This year's research grants have now been announced, with one PhD Studentship Grant awarded along with one Small Grant.

The PhD Studentship Grant has been awarded to Dr Timothy M Millar of Southampton General Hospital for the study: Not just skin deep: circulating lipids in a "localised" disease.

The Small Grant has been awarded to Dr C. Elise Kleyn of the University of Manchester for the study: An innovative mixed methods study investigating altered emotional processing in psoriasis patients.

You can read more about both studies on our Current Research Programmes page.
