Our Supporters Pack for Psoriasis Awareness Week 2023 is now available to download!

Plans are now well underway for this year’s Psoriasis Awareness Week which starts on 29th October - World Psoriasis Day - and runs until 3rd November 2023.

During this week, we work hard to raise awareness of both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and also of the Psoriasis Association and the services and support we offer to people with the condition.

This year, our theme will be Talking about Treatments. How to treat psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis is understandably one of the primary questions asked via our helplines. During Awareness Week, we will be looking at ways to access the correct treatment pathways and how people can achieve the best in psoriasis care. We will be hearing from those who self-manage their condition as well as those under the care of a GP or a dermatologist.

We will also be launching our new and improved ‘What is Psoriasis?’ leaflet, sharing tips and resources and hearing from our supporters on the treatments they use to manage their psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

We want to get as many people as possible – including schools, workplaces, communities and health professionals involved in this year’s event and to help you participate in the week activities, we have designed a handy Supporter’s Pack for you to download for inspiration.

The pack contains information on all the ways you can get involved during Awareness Week, tips and suggestions on holding your own event and how to get any resources you may need.
