Crossword done
Paper read
Turn on the telly
It’s The Walking Dead

Read my book
Play some tunes
Stare out the window
At the crescent moon

That’s the morning
At an end
Make some lunch
Phone a friend

Its afternoon
Play I-SPY
With myself
What begins with Y?

Evening time
Do my meds
Settle down
It’s time for bed

When this Covid
Is at an end
And all the sick
Are on the mend

It’s back to work
Overalls or formal
Not for us
It’s our normal
